Human rights policy

At NITTO FUJI FLOUR MILLING GROUP, we believe that respect for human rights is fundamental to conducting our business. Our principal purpose, “With the infinite potential of wheat,we continue to tackle the diverse global demand,with sincerity.”, guides all our activities and informs our commitment to upholding these rights.  

This policy applies to all individuals working for NITTO FUJI FLOUR MILLING GROUP, including employees, contractors and any stakeholders engaged in our business operations. We will work collaboratively to ensure adherence to this policy and a commitment to respecting human rights throughout our organization.

Prohibition of Discrimination 
We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, age, origin, mental or physical disability, illness, or any other grounds.

Prohibition of Inhumane Treatment

We do not tolerate any forms of inhumane treatment including mental or physical abuse and harassment. We foster a culture of respect and dignity in our workplace.

Prohibition of all forms of forced labor 

We employ all of our employees at their free will and prohibit the use of forced labor. We have a strict policy against all forms of modern slavery, including human trafficking.

 Prohibition of all forms of Child labor 

We do not employ anyone under the minimum working age and strictly prohibit any work that may hinder their physical or mental development.

Respect for Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining 

We respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in accordance with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate.

We ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to workplace safety and hygiene, providing our employees with a safe and healthy working environment.

We are committed to fair working hours and comply with all applicable labor laws concerning working hours and wages in the countries where we operate.

We conduct business activities with the protection for the global environment.

This policy was established on December 1, 2024, and has been approved by the board of directors. It reflects our dedication to human rights and responsible business practices and will be reviewed periodically to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
